Crown, Third eye, Throat, Heart and Solarplexuschakra. 🐫 Childs Pose: Stay as long as you wish in this restorative asana. It's balancing Crown, Third eye, Solarplexus, Sacral and Root Chakra. 👧 🙏 Mudras: Kali Mudra: This Mudra is dedicated to the Indian Goddess Kali. Interlace your fingers in front of your heart. Bring the right thumb over the left. Extend your index fingers upward showing toward your throat. Samputa Mudra: Hold your left hand facing upward, form a cup. Bring your right hand palm facing down over your left hand with the fingers resting on the outer edge of the hand.
