Welcome on my blog. I am Melanie and I love Yoga.
Yoga is part of my life since 2014. I started with anusara yoga because I longed for relaxation and help for my back pain and shoulder tension. Very quickly however, I felt that yoga is more than just a physical exercise. I became more intensively involved with yoga, chakras, meditation, singing bowls and relaxation techniques. I tried out various yoga styles, e.g. vinyasa, yin yoga, jivamukti. I began to study yoga philsophy, aroma therapy, moon phases and astrology. I also developed into a mentor in my main job as a market researcher, which is why I fulfilled my dream of becoming a yoga teacher in 2019. In 2021 I completed my first yoga teacher training in hatha yoga and started my yin yoga teacher training and ayurveda lifestyle coach training. I can’t imagine my life without yoga. Yoga is an amazing gift for me that i love to pass on to my students.
Since November 2020 I am giving Online Lessons in Hatha Yoga, since April 2021 Online Meditation Sessions.
