General:
- no coffee, alcohol, sugar
- vegetarian ayurvedic cooking
- drinking much tea and infused water
- relaxing activities, spending much time in nature
In the morning:
- oil pulling
- tongue cleaning
- drinking a glass of warm infused water
- warm ayurvedic breakfast
In the afternoon:
- ayurvedic warm meal
- going outside in nature
- relaxing
In the evening:
- warm ayurvedic meal
- relaxing activities as journaling, reading
- meditation, yoga
- ayurvedic massage
- going to bed early
Really looking forward to this cleanse and will write about my experiences.
