This weekend I had my 9th Yogateacher Training. The whole weekend had the focus on Backbends. Due to Corona this weekend was done Online via YouTube and Google Meet.
The Yoga Practice this weekend was very intense on a physical and energetic level. I felt quite agitated because of the high amount of backbends. On the Journey through the chakras very intense emotions arised. I will write a separate blog post on this meditative journey.
