Training Headstand

Salamba Sirsasana, supported headstand is one of my favorite asanas. Still need the wall for support.

This asana has effects on three different levels. The effects on our body, mind and a energetic one. In headstand your head is supplied with more blood, this can have an impact on your hair and your skin. Going upside down also your digestion is stimulated and held back blood in your legs can flow again.
Your shoulders and core muscles are activated.
On a energetic level our crown Chakra is balanced. Also with training this asana you can gain more self confidence. It is also very refreshing for our brain, the asana can help you when you have problems with concentration.

But this asana is also fun.
So smiling is a good one here.
