This weekend I will have the third part of my yoga teacher training. It will be about Standing Asanas.
Actually I am reading a book about the heart and it’s intelligence by Rüdiger Schache and stumbled over this quote by Aristoteles:
Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.

I think this quote summarizes perfectly how I am going through this process becoming a Yogateacher.
Really looking forward to the weekend and learning more about Yoga.
