Yoga is learning via experiences, in the present moment to feel and experience the effects of yoga on your mind and body. Do not judge for your feelings or sensation, there is no right and wrong. It’s about what you feel right now and to embrace it. Values, social norms or past experiences are non existent. Everything is fine the way it is right now.
