Yoga MOOC – Setting Goals

The first Off Mat assignment in week 1 is setting a goal for the following six weeks. My goal will be:

  • Incorporate the things I learn in the MOOC in my yoga practice and also the other way around

How can I reach this goal:

  • Watching and learning weekly the videos in the MOOC
  • Doing yoga weekly in my yoga class or self practice at home
  • Writing about this on the blog
